Community Partners of Antelope Valley

Empowering residents. Restoring community. Building futures.

Our Mission

Community Partners of Antelope Valley (COPA AV) exists to combat illegal dumping and environmental neglect through community-led waste abatement, education, and advocacy.

We organize hands-on cleanup efforts, identify and remediate dumping hotspots, and work with residents, local agencies, and policymakers to restore public spaces and protect the Antelope Valley’s environment.
